Philip has designed the course to specifically use the natural features of woodland, parkland and Multeen River. These natural elements combine to create a very challenging par 72 course that will test the mettle of any golfer. Practice facilities are available so the players can hone their skills and also warm up before starting on their daring quest to achieve the best score possible on this venerable golf course. Carrick-on-Suir Golf Club has been described as one of the finest 9-hole golf courses in Europe. This club came into being in 1939. It has now been extended to eighteen holes. The back nine holes are excellent and fully capable of giving a pleasurable golf experience to golfers of all skill levels.
