Adam Leahy
General Manager
Adam started his hospitality career here at Aherlow House at the age of 16.
He work throughout the departments in the Hotel gaining his love for the hotel industry.
Adam now leads the team here at Aherlow and invites you to sit back, relax and enjoy a warm hospitable hotel to enjoy your visit with us in.
As a self professed “Foodie”, Adam along with our Head chef creates menus that reflect trends and use of local ingredients.
David Gibson
Head Chef
David joined the team here at Aherlow in 2017 as Head Chef, having previously worked here as Senior Sous Chef.
David is passionate about creating menus using the best of Local Ingredients and Suppliers.
Along with his Team, David has developed Aherlow into a “must go “ location for excellent food. His drive, Passion, Pride and Flair for Food excellence shows in all the dishes he creates
Liam Barrett
Wedding and Events Sales Manager
Liam joins the team with over 20 years of Hotel experience having previously being a Hotel General Manager.
Liam has personally looked after over 1000 couples on their wedding day so his expertise and understanding of creating the perfect day is evident.
He believes that while some elements of the day will be similar to a specific pattern of weddings that your day should still be unique and reflect you as a couple.
